ハラダの鳩サブレ

ハラダって言うとラスクで有名なんですが、
実はラスク以外も色々と作っている

この鳩サブレに似たサブレは、メーテルリンクの「青い鳥」をイメージして作ったらしいのですが
以前は王冠なんかかぶってなく、普通に鳩の形をしていて…＾＾
いつからか王冠をかぶるようになり…＾＾
いや、でも、個人的には本家鳩サブレより美味いと思う





ちなみにハラダの本店に行くと
普通のケーキも売ってたりする
